Documents Required

Affidavit - For a duplicate mark list, you'll need an affidavit that includes your registration number or USN, the year the mark list was issued, the name of the university and college where you studied, and the name of the course you took, and the duration of the course.

Cover Letter- An application in the form of a cover letter needs to be written to the University informing of the loss of the particular mark list and request for a duplicate to be issued.

The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, often known as BITS Pilani, was founded in 1964 in Rajasthan, India. BITS also has multiple campuses across India, including Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai. BITS Pilani will soon be a Deemed University with authority to hold its exams, notably BITSAT (for integrated first-degree admissions), BITS HD (for further degree admissions), and BITS DOMBITS (for PhD admissions). BITS Pilani is recognised by the NAAC with an 'A' Grade and is India's only private institution to be placed among the top 200 by QS Asia University Rankings 2020. The Deemed University has also received the designation of "Institute of Eminence.". This Deemed University has also been granted the status of 'Institute of Eminence' by MHRD, Government of India, in 2018.
BITS Pilani includes nine centres that work on a wide range of projects, from software development and robotics to women's studies and desert development technologies. The Deemed University offers around 35 integrated first degree, higher degree, and doctorate programmes. The International Programmes and Collaboration Division (IPCD) of BITS Pilani promote collaboration with prestigious universities worldwide. Off-campus thesis/semester abroad programmes at foreign universities/institutes listed in the top 400 by QS and the Times Higher Education are recommended for BITS Pilani students.
